Jobst legwear stockings are not covered by Medicare or Medicare supplements. Those patients with supplemental insurance policies such as Uniform Medical will receive coverage at around 60%. They are covered by most private insurance companies. However, coverage is limited to the parameters of your specific plan. NW Prescriptions is a preferred provider for both Premera Bluecross and Regence Blueshield. Jobst stockings are not billable to DSHS.
